What is Allmenus.com?

The Post-Gazette.com Dining Guide is powered by Allmenus.com, the nation’s largest online menu site. You can search thousands of menus, place online orders from hundreds of delivery and take-out restaurants, and get Dining Deal Discounts at top area restaurants. Now the choice is yours!

Why am I being directed to a different website?

Once you decide which restaurant you would like to order from, your transaction will be completed on Allmenus.com. You will be asked to complete a quick and easy registration process to create your account on Allmenus.com. Here you can view your orders, see coupons that can be applied to your order, and create a list of favorites.       

Why can’t I place an online order for certain restaurants?

Not all restaurants have subscribed for this feature. To view restaurants with online ordering, click “View All Online Ordering”.  You can also search for menus and use the “Online Ordering” filter listed under “features” or just scan down the list. There is an “Order Online” link for each restaurant that offers this feature. If you have a favorite restaurant that you would like to order from on this website, let them know!

How do I add my restaurant to the listing or get online ordering?

To sign up for online ordering, please contact the Allmenus.com Sales team at 800-614-9365 x 314.

If you would like to simply add your menu to Allmenus.com, go to:  http://www.allmenus.com/post-gazette.

Is there a fee to have my menu listed?

There is no fee to add your menu to the website.

If you would like to feature online ordering for your restaurant, please contact the Allmenus.com Sales department at 800-614-9365 x 314 for details.

How do I update my menu?

If your restaurant accepts online orders through Allmenus.com, please email your menu to updates@allmenus.com or fax it to 800-886-6226.

If your restaurant does not have online ordering capability, please email your menu to menucenter@allmenus.com  or fax it to 646-695-3168.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your menu to be processed.

How did my menu get on the website? I did not subscribe for this service.

We have menu collectors throughout the country who submit restaurant menus to make Allmenus.com the most complete and comprehensive menu database in the country. Don’t worry! There is no charge to have your menu listed or to have it updated.

How do I remove my menu from the website?

If you no longer wish to have your menu listed on the website, please email menucenter@allmenus.com.

What is a Dining Deal?

Dining Deals are $25 or $50 discount certificates from participating restaurants that you can purchase at half price! Present the certificate upon receiving your bill. Dinging Deals make a great gift!

How do I check the status of an online order?

If you need to check the status of or have questions about an order that you placed online, you can call the Allmenus.com Customer Support department at 800-614-9365. We have agents available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
