sent to the Celebrations consultant at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Our
consultant will then contact you to review your announcement, discuss the size
and photo options, and confirm payment details.

Select the "Upload" tab at the top. Click on "Send Files Without Registering" if you don't wish to create an account. Next,
Click the link below "upload components". Fill in all the needed fields. Be sure to select "Post Gazette" as
the Product / Title and choose "Celebrations" as
the Sales Person. Select "No" for Replacement Artwork and then upload the image where it says "Select File".
At the very bottom, check the box and click "Complete Submission". Photos should be sent as a PDF or JPG file
and must be at least 170 DPI. If you experience difficulties in uploading your photos, please call 412-263-1185
Preferred publication date:
Please indicate the Tuesday on which you would like your announcement to be
published in the newspaper. The weekly deadline is noon on Thursday prior to
the Tuesday publication date. Engagement and wedding announcements may take 2-3
weeks to process. Special consideration will be given to date-sensitive
announcements like birthdays and anniversaries.
