Announcement Order Form

Please fill in the following fields for your Celebrations announcement. When you click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of this form, your information will be sent to the Celebrations consultant at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Our consultant will then contact you to review your announcement, discuss the size and photo options, and confirm payment details.

Include photograph
Photos can be sent electronically. To send a photo, visit www.pgaddesk.com. Select File Delivery/Ad Materials and complete all fields with red asterisks. Select Debra Sacco for Account Representative and indicate "Celebrations" in the comment box. Photos should be sent as a PDF or JPG file and must be at least 170 DPI. If you experience difficulties in uploading your photos, please contact Mark Anthony at 412-263-1368.

Preferred publication date:
Please indicate the Tuesday on which you would like your announcement to be published in the newspaper. The weekly deadline is noon on Thursday prior to the Tuesday publication date. Engagement and wedding announcements may take 2-3 weeks to process. Special consideration will be given to date-sensitive announcements like birthdays and anniversaries.
