OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES:

1.) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and live within the NeighborhoodFordStore.com designated markets of: Pittsburgh, Wheeling/Steubenville, Parkersburg, Clarksburg/Weston and Johnstown/Altoona. Employees of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Ford, their agencies, franchises, licensees, parent companies or subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2.) The object of the NeighborhoodFordStore.com Football Contest is to predict the winners of 20 football games to be played each weekend. To play in paper, place an "X" in the boxes beside the teams you pick to win or tie. To play online, click on the teams you pick to win or tie. All requested information on the entry form must be complete before sending your ballot to the Post-Gazette or post-gazette.com.

3.) Failure to include any required entry form information will result in disqualification. Online entrants must live within designated zip code areas to qualify.

4.) Contestants may submit up to seven print ballots weekly. The ballot will appear in the Post-Gazette every day for 12 contest weeks, September 2 - November 24, 2007. Reasonable hand-written ballots, in the exact size of the ballot that appears in the PG, are acceptable. Machine-made copies are not permitted. Entry forms can be mailed to: Ford Football Contest #, P.O. Box 1620, Pittsburgh, PA 15230 or dropped in the contest box in front of the Post-Gazette building at 34 Blvd. of the Allies in downtown Pittsburgh. Multiple entries can be submitted in one envelope.

5.) Contestants may also submit one online entry weekly at post-gazette.com/fordfootball.

6). All entries must be received by 10:30 AM on Saturday to be eligible for that week’s contest. Online entrants have the opportunity to change their ballot up until the 10:30 AM deadline on Saturday. The Post-Gazette is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, misdirected, postage due or returned entries.

7.) Each week during the contest, the Post-Gazette will award $1,000 to the contestant who predicts the greatest number of results correctly. In case of a tie, the contestant who predicts the correct winner of the designated tie breaking game receives the prize. If still tied, the contestant who comes closest to predicting the total points scored in the designated tie breaking game receives the prize. If there is still a tie, the $1,000 will be divided among the winners.

8.) By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules and decisions of the judges.

9.) Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.

10.) As a condition of entering this contest, winner agrees to allow publication of his/her name, hometown, picture and other publicity in the Post-Gazette for no additional compensation. Winners will be notified by phone and by mail. Winners will be required to sign and return a Release and Agreement form as a condition of winning. Failure to comply with this condition may result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.

11.) The winner(s) will be announced online and in the Post-Gazette in the following week’s ballot ad. One prize per person or household for the entire 2007 contest.

12.) Complete rules are available online at post-gazette.com/fordfootball and in the Post-Gazette lobby. Additional rules may be added by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette at its discretion, so long as the rule change is published in the PG and online, and is not implemented until the day following the change.

13.) Entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the contest have been made available to them in writing and they therefore understand and agree that the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Ford, their agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives or employees have no liability with respect to the contestants’ participation in the contest or winning a prize and are not liable for any damages of their acceptance and use of the prize.

14.) Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local regulations apply.
